Product Description
The nose still shows strong exotic ferment character, with minerals, wet stones underneath. The fermentation was very slow, certainly because of the acidity, which gives this wine a strong crisp palate. The high residual sweetness is almost hidden behind a very firm acidity and powerful minerality, making the finish taste delicate!
