| Beschreibung der Weingüte | Château Broustet: Since 1994, Didier Laulan has been the head leader of this famous vineyard of Barsac. Three grape varieties are grown on the soil of the château Broustet : the sémillon, which provides power and roundness; the sauvignon, marking the nervous character of wines and the muscadelle, bringing the exotic touch. These 3 varieties will then be sorted 3 to 6 times successively, during the harvests, and after being assembled, they will be raised 2 years in oak barrels. Château Broustet produces a great sweet white wine and also a dry white, « Le Blanc Sec de château Broustet ». |
